We aim to ensure all equipment that is in stock will be shipped same day Monday-Friday of the order being placed and being receipt of funds, excluding any business day holidays. Cut off time is 2pm.
Larger orders may take an extra day to ship as we would need time to prepare and package the orders.


Our couriers usually deliver between 9am-6pm. For large or heavier items, a signature will be required (usually for items over £100).
If you are not around, the courier driver will try to deliver to a neighbour, or find a safe place to leave your parcel.
They may alternatively leave a calling card to rearrange delivery.


Delivery times are usually made within 2-3 days of your order being placed.
UK standard delivery is free for all items, this applies only to mainland addresses. The following postcodes will have a surcharge from the delivery companies depending on the weight of item.

Next day delivery is available from £6.99 to UK mainland addresses. Cut off time for this option is 1pm.
Unfortunately, next day delivery is not available to postcodes mentioned above.


We are based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. Collection from our warehouse is available, send us a message and we can arrange collection times.


We can ship to anywhere around the world. Contact us with your full address and list of equipment needed, and we will send you a quote back as soon as possible. Any import duties or tax fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.



If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange. We allow up to 28 days to have the order returned back to us from the original date purchased. Items must be in original packaging and unused condition.

We do not cover costs of returning unwanted items unless there is a fault.

It is the customer responsibity to return the item back to us safely. We can help return the item via courier collection which will incur a collection charge (we will minus this charge from the refund).

Any damages to the item on return will void the refund.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will then refund the cost of the equipment. Any items returned after 28 days from purchase will receive store credit.

If there is any manufacturer fault, we will replace the item from our expense.

Refunds can usually take upto 10 days to appear in your bank account.
