1. Can I get a quote before I buy the products?
Yes! Please send us the list of item you are looking for by email specifying the quantity you need. We will be happy to provide you with a quote and shipping charges that apply. Simply contact us using the CONTACT US section or by email email@example.com
2. Why should I subscribe to your mailing List?
When you subscribe with us we keep you informed on the upcoming discounts and also keep you updated with all the new products and new offers.
3. Do you provide discounts for bulk orders?
We sell our items at an unbeatable price compared to our competitors and we do offer bulk order discounts. Please get in touch with us with the list and quantity of items to know more.
4. How do I arrange finance?
Finance is only available for businesses. Send us an e-mail about the items you are looking for and we will arrange a finance company for you. They will get in touch with you in 5 business days. You can calculate the finance required using a Finance Calculator.
5. How is shipping fees calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight of the item. We currently include shipping fees into the price of the item. Outside mainland we incur a surcharge.
For mainland UK postage: We use Royal mail or Hermes for parcels up to 2 Kg and Parcelforce or FedEx for upto 30kg. Heavier items are shipped on pallets. All methods require a signature of the recipient and this is to be considered when specifying an address.
6. My Items need to be shipped to Ireland/ Wales/ Scotland/ Rest of the World? Can you help?
Simply write to us with the list of items you are planning to buy. We will get in touch with the shipping companies and will get back to you with the best possible quote for you.
7. How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally shipped the same day if ordered before 2PM. Orders made after 2PM are shipped the next day. Standard shipping takes 3-5 days and we offer express shipping that takes 1-2 days.
8. What if you missed your delivery?
You will be receiving an E-mail once the items are ready to be shipped. Find out the details from the courier mentioned in the mail ask if the delivery can be rearranged. If that doesn’t work, feel free to reach us and we will be glad to help you.
9. What should I do if I need an exchange or refund?You can exchange or refund your order within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be brand new and unused to receive a full refund.
10. The goods were damaged when arrived. What must I do?
Please check the items before you sign the item as received. If goods/packaging arrives damaged, make sure the goods are signed as damaged. Failure to do so will result in a claim unable to be raised for damaged goods. Please then notify us so we can help resolve any issues.
11. How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment via Paypal, card payments or bank transfer. Orders will not be processed until payment has cleared. Extreme Fitness does not store any payment information in the system and all payments are fully secured.
12. What Shipping company do you use?
We use a range of shipping companies to ship the product and provide you the best and cheapest possible service. We ship lot of products through various carriers every single day. If you would like shipping with a carrier of your choice, you are welcome to do so from our warehouse. Give us one-day notice to make the arrangements.
13. Can you ship the items to a P.O.BOX?
At this time, we do not ship our products to P.O.BOX address.
14. What are your working hours?
We are open on all weekdays from 9-5pm. We are not open on weekends and public holidays. Just drop us a message any time of day if you have a query. We will get back to you at the earliest.
15. Do you offer payment plans?
No, we do not offer any payment plans. However, we can arrange finance for you.
16. Can I order items not listed on the website?
If you want to order an item not listed on our website or you have some custom plans, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we can help you.
General Support FAQ and Troubleshooting for Fitness Equipment
17. Do you guide your customers on how to use the fitness equipments?
If you are in trouble on how to use the equipment, we can surely help you by sending videos or via email/phone and will also provide you detail instructions that you need to have your equipment up and running.
18. Is there anywhere I can view the equipment before purchase?
You can view the equipment in Extreme Fitness at our showroom upon request. Just let us know and we can arrange a demo for you.
19. What to do if I need service for the equipment purchased?
Getting a service is simple. Simply contact Extreme Fitness via the contact form and we will take care of the rest. One of the major advantages of purchasing from Extreme Fitness is that we provide spare parts for all goods purchased from us. Our customer support network will ensure that you receive the best service.
20. How do I look after my equipment?
Careful maintenance of your purchased equipment is vital to increasing its lifespan and performance. You must be responsible for proper maintenance. All equipment must be cleaned, lubricated and adjusted regularly.
21. Does Extreme Fitness offer discount to Personal Trainers?
Yes! We provide discounts to personal trainers. We sell some of the products at exclusive rates to PT’s. Contact us with a list of items you need and we can work out a price for you.
22. Where can I find the most recent product and special offers?
We do have special offers from time to time and we do add new products. Subscribe for our newsletter using the link on our website. You can also check out our Instagram and Facebook Page for special offers and latest photos.
23. An item I want is showing out of stock.
Stock comes in on a regular basis. If an item is showing out of stock please contact us and we can provide an ETA when it will arrive back in.
24. When will my warranty turn void?
Please note that your warranty could turn void by not taking the proper steps to install your Extreme Fitness equipment. Please refer to the product warranty card for more details. Feel free to call us if you have any queries.
