The Extreme Fitness 15kg training bar is a great economical bar that offers the same quality finish and durabilty as our higher spec bars.

This bar has 4 bearings (2 per side) rather than the 8 bearings used in our higher spec bars but still enables a decent spin on the bar for smooth transitions when working out.

A durable black coat and hard chrome sleeves gives a high quality finish which is very durable.
