The Extreme Fitness Log is an essential piece of kit for any Strongman competition.

The Overhead Log Lift is one of the most spectacular strongman tests: it consists of lifting a large pipe with handles inside from the ground, pulling it to the chest and then pressing it over the head.

The neutral grip is knurled to maintain a decent grip and helps lower stress on the shoulders when pressing.

This log weighs 22kg and can also be used for rows, presses and cleans.
