The black rubber fraction plates are a great addition to gradually increase your weights on the bar.
The Extreme Fitness Black Fractional plates are made from all rubber. They replace the traditional cast iron fraction plates and are much more stable and durable.
To be used for Olympic weightlifting 2" bars. They are a great additional to add to your bumper set as you can add smaller increments of weight to the bar to help gradually increase your weight.
The plates come in 1.25kg or 2.5kg
1.25kg is 9.5cm diatmeter / 3cm thickness
2.5kg is 26mm diameter /3cm thickness
Comes as a pair.

- Anti slip design (snug fit on bar)
- Weight Tolerance: +/- 10 grams of claimed weight
