The Extreme Fitness ECO black bumpers are budget friendly, durable and perfect for home use.
With home gyms currently being ever so popular, we have designed these bumpers that are effective and budget friendly.
Made from a mixed-rubber blend that is sturdy and does not warp. The 5kg can even be used as a technique plate (just not to be dropped from overhead on it's own).
Perfect for Olympic weightlifting and HIIT workouts.
The bumper plates have an IWF standard size of 450mm in diameter and the weight tolerance is within 1.5%.
The steel insert is stainless and is very easy to load and deload from any Olympic barbell.
These bumpers also have a nice low bounce which makes them sturdy and controllable when dropped to the floor.
Please note these are plain bumper plates, no EXTREME FITNESS logo, but they have the weight size embossed on the plate.
